We will be back without a doubt. We had 1 night in Kota Kinabalu, spend our time here comfortably. Unique base for visiting stores and shopping centers right by the hotel. The personnel were friendly!

Huge room, in the heart of the town, perfect location. We really loved a GOOD restaurant.

Water pressure is a bit low. The street, as it's noisy.
